1. Accessing the Deals Section

  • Navigate to CRM > Deals from the left-side navigation menu.

  • This will open the deals dashboard, where all existing deals are listed.

2. Selecting a Specific Deal

  • Locate the deal you want to view.

  • Click on the deal name to open its detailed view.

3. Exploring the Deal Details Page

  • Once opened, you’ll see the Deal Details page, which provides all key information about the deal.

  • A new left-side menu appears, offering quick navigation to various tabs, including:

    • Details – Overview of the deal's essential information.

    • Call – Log and review call records related to the deal.

    • Comments – View and add internal comments or discussions.

    • Attachments – Access uploaded files associated with the deal.

    • Notes – Maintain additional notes for better deal tracking.

4. Understanding the Deal Information

  • The deal pipeline stages are displayed below the deal name, visually representing progress (e.g., Contact Made, Appointment Scheduled).

  • Key deal details include:

    • Deal Owner – The person responsible for managing the deal.

    • Source – Indicates how the deal was acquired.

    • Creation Date – When the deal was added to the CRM.

    • Status – Shows whether the deal is open, won, or lost.

    • Title – The name of the deal for easy identification.

5. Managing the Deal

  • At the top-right corner of the Deal Details page, you can:

    • Mark the deal as "Won" or "Lost" to update its outcome.

    • Add new tasks related to the deal for better follow-ups and organization.
