# How to Export Deals in ClearCRM

Learn how to export the deals into various formats

Exporting deals allows you to generate reports, analyze sales data, and share information in different formats. ClearCRM provides an easy way to export deals in **Excel, CSV, PDF**, or **Print format** directly from the Deals page.

## **1\. Navigating to the Deals Page**

-   From the **left navigation menu**, go to **CRM > Deals**.
    
-   This will open the **Deals dashboard**, displaying all active and completed deals.

-   On the **top-right corner** of the Deals page, find the **Export** button.
