# How to Log in to ClearCRM

Learn how to Log in to the ClearCRM account

## 1\. Accessing the Login Page

To log in to your ClearCRM account:

-   Open your web browser and go to the [ClearCRM Login Page](https://app.clearcrm.com/authentication/login).
    

## 2\. Entering Your Credentials

-   In the login form, enter your **email address** and **password** that you used during registration.
    
-   If you are an **administrator** or a **customer**, ensure you are using the correct credentials.
    

## 3\. Using the "Remember Me" Feature

-   If you want to stay logged in on your device, check the **"Remember Me"** box before clicking login.
    
-   This option keeps you signed in, reducing the need to enter credentials each time.
    

## 4\. Completing the CAPTCHA Verification

-   Some users may be required to complete a **CAPTCHA** test to verify they are not a bot.
    
-   Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
    

## 5\. Logging In

-   Click on the **Login** button to access your ClearCRM dashboard.
    

## 6\. Resetting Your Password (If Needed)
