1. Access the Forgot Password Page
Open your web browser and go to the ClearCRM Login Page.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link below the login fields.
2. Enter Your Registered Email
On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your ClearCRM account.
Click Submit to proceed.
3. Check Your Email for Reset Instructions
ClearCRM will send a password reset email to your inbox.
Open the email and click on the Reset Password button or link.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Create a New Password
After clicking the reset link, you will be redirected to a secure page.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Click Submit to save your new password.
5. Logging in With Your New Password
Return to the ClearCRM Login Page.
Enter your email and new password, then click Login.
6. Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
Email Not Received: Check your spam folder or ensure you entered the correct registered email.
Expired Reset Link: If the link has expired, request a new password reset.
Incorrect Email: Ensure you’re using the correct email associated with your ClearCRM account.
Once your password has been reset successfully, you can log in and continue using ClearCRM as usual.
