How to Use the Calendar

The Calendar feature in ClearCRM helps users manage tasks, events, and deadlines efficiently. It provides a structured view of scheduled activities, ensuring seamless planning and organization.

1. Accessing the Calendar

  • Navigate to Projects > Calendar from the left sidebar menu.

  • The Calendar page displays scheduled tasks and events in a weekly format by default.

2. Viewing Calendar Events

  • Each event or task is represented as a color-coded block on the calendar.

  • Clicking on an event allows users to view its details, including time, title, and assigned users.

3. Creating a New Event

  • Click the "+ New Event" button on the top right to schedule a new task or meeting.

  • Enter relevant details such as:

    • Event Title

    • Date & Time

    • Assigned Team Members

    • Additional Notes

4. Navigating and Filtering Events

  • Use the Week Dropdown to switch between different time views (Day, Week, or Month).

  • Apply Filters to view specific types of events or tasks.

  • Use the Search Bar to find a specific event by name.

5. Managing Tasks in the Calendar

  • Tasks assigned within Projects > Tasks automatically appear in the Calendar.

  • Drag and drop tasks to reschedule them easily.

6. Benefits of Using the Calendar

  • Streamlined scheduling for projects and meetings.

  • Improved task visibility with color-coded events.

  • Easy navigation with search, filters, and view options.
