The Calendar feature in ClearCRM helps users manage tasks, events, and deadlines efficiently. It provides a structured view of scheduled activities, ensuring seamless planning and organization.
1. Accessing the Calendar
Navigate to Projects > Calendar from the left sidebar menu.
The Calendar page displays scheduled tasks and events in a weekly format by default.
2. Viewing Calendar Events
Each event or task is represented as a color-coded block on the calendar.
Clicking on an event allows users to view its details, including time, title, and assigned users.
3. Creating a New Event
Click the "+ New Event" button on the top right to schedule a new task or meeting.
Enter relevant details such as:

Date & Time
Assigned Team Members

Use the Week Dropdown to switch between different time views (Day, Week, or Month).
