Managing Team Members in ClearCRM

Learn how to navigate to the Team Members from the Setup, and understand the dashboard for the Team Members

The Team Members section in ClearCRM allows administrators to manage their staff, assign roles, track login activity, and maintain an organized team structure. This page presents a structured table format for easy viewing and management of team members.

Accessing the Team Members Page

  1. Navigate to Setup from the left-side menu.

  2. Click on Team Members to open the staff management page.

Overview of the Team Members Table

The page displays a list of all team members in a table format with the following details:

  • Name – Full name of the team member. Hovering on the name of the Team Member will show two buttons related to them: View and Delete.

  • Email – The registered email address.

  • Role – Assigned role within the organization.

  • Last Login – The most recent login timestamp.

  • Status – Indicates whether the member is active or inactive.

Table Controls & Features

Above the table, several controls allow easy navigation and management:

  • Entries Per Page – Choose how many members to display at once (10, 25, 50, 100, or All).

  • Export Options – Download the list in Excel, CSV, PDF, or print it directly.

  • Refresh Button – Reloads the team member list with the latest data.

  • Search Bar – Quickly find a team member by name, email, role or last login.

Adding a New Team Member

  1. Click on the "+ New Staff Member" button at the top left.

  2. Fill in the necessary details, such as name, email, role, and permissions.

  3. Save the entry to add the team member to the system.

Managing Team Members

  • Update roles and permissions as needed.

  • Activate or deactivate members based on organizational requirements.

  • Monitor login activity to ensure security and proper usage.

The Team Members page provides an efficient way to manage staff, assign roles, and maintain control over your organization's access and security.
