Lead Sources in ClearCRM (Setup > Leads > Sources)

Accessing Lead Sources

  1. Navigate to Setup from the left menu.

  2. Click Leads to expand its submenu.

  3. Select Sources to access the Lead Sources dashboard.

The Lead Sources page displays a table with the following columns:

  • ID – Lists the available lead sources (e.g., Website, Referral, Advertisement) by their ID numbers.

  • Name – Lists the available lead sources by their names.

  • Options – Provides actions to Edit or Delete a source.

Features & Actions

Above the table, several controls allow for data management:

  • Show entries (10-25-50-100-All) – Adjusts how many sources are visible.

  • Export options – Download the list in Excel, CSV, PDF, or print.

  • Refresh button – Reloads the table to display updated data.

  • Search bar – Filters sources by name.

  • + New Source– Located at the top-left, this button opens a form to add a new Lead Source.

Purpose of Lead Sources

Lead Sources help businesses track where leads come from. When creating or editing a lead in CRM > Leads, users can select a source from a dropdown menu, ensuring accurate lead attribution and performance analysis.
