Accessing Lead Statuses
Navigate to Setup from the left menu.
Click Leads to expand its submenu.
Select Statuses to access the Lead Statuses dashboard.
Lead Statuses Dashboard
The Lead Statuses page contains a table with the following columns:
ID – Lists lead statuses (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified, Lost) by their ID numbers.
Status Name – Lists the lead statuses by their names.
Options – Allows users to Edit or Delete a status.
Features & Actions
Above the table, users can manage data with these options:
Show entries (10-25-50-100-All) – Adjusts how many statuses are displayed.
Export options – Download data as Excel, CSV, PDF, or print.
Refresh button – Reloads the table for updates.
Search bar – Filters statuses by name.
+ New Lead Status button – Opens a form to create a new Lead Status.
Purpose of Lead Statuses
Lead Statuses help track where a lead is in the sales process. When managing leads in CRM > Leads, users can assign a status to indicate progress, ensuring better follow-ups and pipeline management.
