Accessing Deals in Setup

To access the Deals settings:

  1. Navigate to Setup from the left-side menu.

  2. Click Deals to expand its dropdown menu, which includes:

    • Sources

    • Pipelines

    • Stages

    • Deals Settings

Each section plays a role in defining how deals are categorized, tracked, and captured in the system.

Overview of Setup > Leads Options

When clicking Setup > Deals, an expanding menu appears with the following options:

  1. Sources – Used to define where deals originate (e.g., "Referral," "Website," "Advertisement").

  2. Pipelines – Represents the sales process, containing different stages that deals move through.

  3. Stages – The specific phases of a pipeline (e.g., "Initial Contact," "Negotiation," "Closed Won").

  4. Deal Settings – Configure default values for fields when a new deal is created.

These settings allow businesses to customize their sales workflow, ensuring deals are categorized and tracked effectively.
