Accessing the Deal Sources Dashboard
Navigate to Setup > Deals > Sources.
The dashboard displays a table with three columns:
ID β Unique identifier for each source.
Source Name β Name of the deal source (e.g., "Referral," "Email Campaign").
Options β Actions to Edit or Delete a source.
Managing Deal Sources
Click the "+ New Source" button to add a new deal source.
Click the column headers to sort items in ascending/descending order.
Adjust the number of entries displayed (10, 25, 50, 100, or All).
Use the Search Bar to find specific sources.
The Export button allows exporting data in various formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, Print).
The Refresh button updates the list to reflect recent changes.
Purpose of Deal Sources
Deal Sources help track where business opportunities come from, assisting sales teams in identifying the most effective lead-generation methods.
