Managing Deal Pipelines in ClearCRM (Setup > Deals > Pipelines)

This article explains how to manage Deal Pipelines, which define the structured process that deals follow from start to completion.

Accessing the Deal Pipelines Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Setup > Deals > Pipelines.

  2. The dashboard displays a table with three columns:

    • ID – Unique identifier for each pipeline.

    • Pipeline Name – The name of the pipeline (e.g., "Interview," "Sales," "Store").

    • Options – Actions to Edit or Delete a pipeline.

Managing Deal Pipelines

  • Click the "+ New Pipeline" button to add a new pipeline.

  • Click the column headers to sort items in ascending/descending order.

  • Adjust the number of entries displayed (10, 25, 50, 100, or All).

  • Use the Search Bar to find specific pipelines.

  • The Export button allows exporting data in various formats (Excel, CSV, PDF, Print).

  • The Refresh button updates the list to reflect recent changes.

Purpose of Deal Pipelines

Pipelines organize the sales process, ensuring deals progress through a structured workflow. Each pipeline consists of stages, which represent different phases of deal progress.
