The Marketing Dashboard in ClearCRM serves as the central hub for monitoring key marketing metrics and tracking campaign performance. It provides users with a visual summary of lead generation efforts, email marketing results, and form submissions, helping teams assess the effectiveness of their marketing strategies.
Accessing the Marketing Dashboard
To navigate to the Marketing Dashboard, go to the Marketing in the main navigation menu and click on Marketing Dashboard.
Dashboard Components
1. Lead Stats
This section displays a graphical representation of lead activity over time. It tracks:
Created Leads (Blue dot) – Number of new leads added within the selected time frame.
Converted Leads (Green dot) – Leads that have progressed through the funnel and converted into customers.
Users can filter data by different time ranges (e.g., Last 30 Days) using the filter option in the top-right corner.
2. Form Submissions
This section tracks form interactions, showing how many users have submitted forms created in the Assets & Forms section. It helps measure engagement with landing pages, sign-up forms, and lead capture tools.
If no form submissions are available, this section remains empty.
Users can interact with the graph by zooming in and analyzing trends.
3. Email Stats
This section provides insights into email marketing performance, tracking:
Delivery (Blue dot) – The number of emails successfully delivered.
Read (Green dot) – The number of recipients who opened the email.
Click (Orange dot) – The number of recipients who clicked on links within the email.
These insights help assess the effectiveness of email campaigns and optimize future communications.
