Accessing the Assets Dashboard

To access the Assets dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Marketing in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click on Assets & Forms.

  3. Ensure the Assets tab is selected at the top.

Features of the Assets Dashboard

  • Add New Asset: The blue button allows you to create a new asset.

  • Category Selection: A dropdown to filter assets based on predefined categories.

  • Tabular List Format: Displays assets with details such as ID, Name, Category, and Date Added.

  • Sorting & Pagination: Clicking column headers arranges items in ascending or descending order. You can also adjust the number of items displayed per page (10, 25, 50, 100, or All).

  • Export Option: Allows exporting asset data.

  • Search Function: Enables quick access to specific assets.

This dashboard helps users manage marketing assets efficiently within the CRM.
