# Understanding the Forms Dashboard in ClearCRM

This article covers the Forms section in ClearCRM, guiding users on its layout, navigation, and core functionalities.

## **Navigating to the Forms Dashboard**

1.  Go to **Marketing** in the left-hand menu.
    
2.  Click on **Assets & Forms**.
    
3.  Select the **Forms** tab from the top.

## **Key Features of the Forms Dashboard**

-   **Add New Form**: A button for creating new forms.
    
-   **Tabular View**: Displays existing forms, including their Name, Category, and Date Added.
    
-   **Sorting & Pagination**: Allows sorting forms by different attributes and adjusting how many appear on the page (10, 25, 50, 100, or All).
    
-   **Export & Search**: Users can export data or quickly find forms using the search bar.
    

The Forms dashboard helps users design, manage, and deploy marketing forms effectively.
