The Campaigns section in ClearCRM allows users to manage marketing efforts efficiently. This dashboard provides an overview of all campaigns and offers different layout options for better organization and tracking.

Navigating the Campaigns Dashboard

To access the Campaigns section:

  1. Click on Marketing in the left-side menu.

  2. Select Campaigns from the submenu.

Once inside, the dashboard displays a list of campaigns with the following columns:

  • Name – The title of the campaign.

  • Category – The classification of the campaign.

  • Published – Indicates whether the campaign is active.

Users can switch between different view modes:

  • List View – Displays campaigns in a simple table format.

  • Chart View – Provides a graphical representation of campaign performance.

  • Kanban View – Organizes campaigns into stages for better workflow management.


Creating a New Campaign

To add a new campaign:

  1. Click the "Add New Campaign" button.

  2. Fill in the required details:

    • Campaign Name (Required).

    • Category (Choose from predefined options).

    • Published (Set to "Yes" or "No").

  3. Click Save to finalize the campaign setup.


Managing Existing Campaigns

  • Click on a campaign to edit details.

  • Use Kanban View to drag and drop campaigns into different stages.

  • Switch to Chart View for a visual representation of performance.


Best Practices for Campaign Management

  • Assign Categories to keep campaigns well-organized.

  • Monitor Chart View to track progress and adjust strategies.

  • Utilize Kanban View for better workflow visibility.
