Emails in ClearCRM Channels

This article describes the Marketing Channels in ClearCRM and its Emails section.

The Emails section under Channels in ClearCRM allows users to manage email marketing efforts efficiently. This section is structured similarly to Assets and Forms, where users can switch between Emails and SMS using the selection at the top.

Navigating the Emails Dashboard

To access the Emails section:

  1. Click on Marketing in the left-side menu.

  2. Select Channels from the submenu.

  3. By default, the system opens the Emails page.

The Emails dashboard contains a table with the following columns:

  • ID – Unique identifier for each email campaign.

  • Name – The title of the email campaign.

  • Category – Classification of the email.

  • Date Added – When the email was created.

Adding a New Email

  1. Click the "Add New Email" button.

  2. Fill in the required details:

    • Name (Required).

    • Category (Select from predefined options).

    • Subject (The subject line of the email).

    • Email Content (Compose the email message).

  3. Attach any necessary files if needed.

  4. Click Save to store the email campaign.

Managing Existing Emails

  • Click on an email campaign to edit details.

  • Use the search or filter options to find specific emails.

  • Export email data for reporting and analysis.
