SMS in ClearCRM Channels

This article describes the Marketing Channels in ClearCRM and its SMS section.

The SMS section within Channels in ClearCRM provides an interface for managing SMS campaigns. Just like the Emails section, users can easily switch between Emails and SMS using the selection at the top.

Navigating the SMS Dashboard

To access the SMS section:

  1. Click on Marketing in the left-side menu.

  2. Select Channels from the submenu.

  3. Click on SMS at the top to switch to the SMS page.

The SMS dashboard contains a table with the following columns:

  • ID – Unique identifier for each SMS campaign.

  • Name – The title of the SMS campaign.

  • Category – Classification of the SMS.

  • Created – When the SMS was created.

Adding a New SMS

  1. Click the "Add New SMS" button.

  2. Fill in the required details:

    • Name (Required).

    • Category (Select from predefined options).

    • Message Content (Compose the SMS text).

  3. Set any required settings for sending options.

  4. Click Save to finalize the SMS campaign.

Managing Existing SMS Campaigns

  • Click on an SMS campaign to edit details.

  • Use the search or filter options to find specific messages.

  • Export SMS data for further analysis.
