Navigating the Lead Scoring Dashboard
To access Lead Scoring:
Click on Marketing in the left-side menu.
Select Lead Scoring from the submenu.
Dashboard Overview
The Lead Scoring dashboard consists of a table with the following columns:
ID – Unique identifier for each lead scoring rule.
Name – The title of the scoring rule.
Category – Classification of the scoring rule.
Date Added – When the scoring rule was created.
Above the table, you will find:
Category Dropdown – Allows filtering the lead scoring rules based on their category.
"Add New Point Action" Button – Enables users to create a new scoring rule.
Managing Existing Lead Scoring Rules
Click on a rule to edit or delete it.
Use the search or filter options to locate specific rules.
Adjust point values or triggers as needed to refine lead prioritization.
Lead Scoring helps teams focus on leads that are more likely to convert, improving efficiency and success in marketing campaigns.
