Creating a new stage in ClearCRM allows users to customize the pipeline to fit their specific processes.

How to Add a New Stage

  1. Open the New Stage Form

    • In the Stages Pipeline Dashboard, click Add New Stage.

    • A pop-up window will appear.

  2. Fill in the Stage Details

    • Name (Required) – Enter a name for the stage.

    • Weight – Assign a numerical value to indicate the stage’s priority or position.

    • Color – Select a color for visual differentiation.

    • Category – Choose a category from the dropdown menu.

    • Description – Provide additional details about the stage.

  3. Save the Stage

    • Click Save to add the stage to the pipeline.

With customized stages, users can create structured workflows to track progress effectively.
