The Marketing Settings section in ClearCRM provides essential configuration options for managing marketing-related features, such as categories, email and SMS templates, and form customization.

Accessing Marketing Settings

  • Navigate to Setup from the left menu.

  • Click Marketing Settings to open the settings page.

Available Marketing Settings

Upon opening this section, you’ll see a list of different marketing configuration options:

  1. General Setting – Includes a key option for requiring phone numbers for leads.

  2. Category – Manage categories related to marketing assets, forms, and campaigns.

  3. Email Templates – Create and store reusable email templates for marketing campaigns.

  4. SMS Templates – Set up predefined SMS templates for messaging.

  5. Email Configuration – Adjust email settings for proper delivery and integration.

  6. Email Sending Limit – Control the number of emails that can be sent in a specific timeframe.

  7. Form Custom CSS – Apply custom styling to forms for brand consistency.

Default Page: General Setting

When you first enter Marketing Settings, the General Setting page appears by default. This page includes a single setting:

  • Lead Required Phone – Choose whether a phone number is required when adding a new lead (Yes/No).

  • Click Save to apply any changes.

Managing Marketing Settings

To configure different aspects of marketing in ClearCRM:

  • Click on any of the listed settings to navigate to its dedicated page.

  • Modify the settings as needed to align with your marketing strategy.

This section helps ensure all marketing-related tools are properly configured for seamless campaign execution.
