Creating a form is the first step in ClearCRM’s marketing journey — it allows you to collect visitor information effortlessly and fuel your automated campaigns for lead nurturing and customer acquisition.
1. Navigate to the Forms Section
From the left navigation menu, click on Marketing.
Select Assets & Forms.
Switch to the Forms tab at the top.
2. Add a New Form
Click on the Add New Form button.
Fill out the required fields:
Form Name: Give your form a descriptive title.
Language: Choose the language for your form.
Submit Button Text: Customize the button your visitors will click.
Source: Where this lead originated from.
Status: Current stage of the captured lead.
Responsible: Assign a staff member to manage the incoming lead.
Optional settings:
Enable Google Recaptcha for security.
Set up Post-Submission Behavior (Display Thank You message or Redirect to another page).
Decide on Notification Settings to alert responsible team members when a lead submits the form.
After filling the form setup, click Save.
3. Build Your Form Using Form Builder
After saving, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Form Builder.
From the left panel, drag and drop fields you want into the form:
Name, Email, Phone Number, Company, Country, and more.
Customize the form layout easily by rearranging or deleting fields.
4. Finalize and Save
Once you finish building your form, click Save again.
Your form is now ready and listed inside the Forms dashboard.
You can now integrate this form into your marketing workflows to start capturing and nurturing leads!
