Leads

Leads represent potential customers who have expressed interest in your business. They can be added manually, imported via CSV, or captured through automation.

Once a lead is qualified, it can be converted into a Customer.

Deals

Deals are where you track business opportunities and potential revenue. You can create a new deal from the Deals page or by using the global + Quick Create button available at the top of the screen.

Each deal can be associated with a:

  • Lead

  • Customer

  • Proposal

  • Contract

Deals are customizable through pipelines and stages. You can assign owners, set values, add attachments, create tasks, and leave comments to collaborate with your team.

Customers

Customers are individuals or companies that you’ve already engaged with and qualified. Each customer profile aggregates all relevant activity, including:

  • Associated deals

  • Linked contacts

  • Notes and tasks

  • Financial records

This central view helps you keep every customer relationship organized and up to date.

Contacts

Contacts are the individual people you communicate with—such as clients, decision-makers, or support staff. While contacts can be linked to customers, they are also managed independently through the Contacts section under the CRM.

This gives you quick access to people across all your accounts, making outreach and follow-up much easier
