Navigating the ClearCRM Interface: General Layout Overview

This article provides a quick walkthrough of the general layout in ClearCRM.

Main Navigation Layout

ClearCRM features a clean and intuitive layout with key navigation areas designed for speed and clarity. Here’s how the interface is structured:

1. Left-Hand Sidebar:

This vertical menu is where you access all core areas of the platform. These include:

  • CRM

  • Sales

  • Marketing

  • Service

  • Projects

Clicking on any of these expands its sub-sections for quick access.


Top Bar: Global Tools

At the top of the screen, you’ll find tools that are universal across all pages:

1. Search Bar

The main search bar helps you quickly find records across the entire platform — whether it’s a deal, customer, task, or more.

2. Quick Create (“+” Button)

Click the "+" button to open a dropdown where you can create new items (like deals, tasks, events, leads, etc.) from anywhere in the app — no need to navigate to a specific area first.

3. Notifications, User Menu, and Profile Settings

On the top-right, you’ll find access to notifications, settings, to-do items, and on the top-left you'll find a dropdown menu for actions related to user profile.
