ClearCRM Sales is designed to help your team manage the entire sales process—from early pricing conversations to finalized contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking. It’s flexible, modular, and supports a variety of workflows depending on your sales cycle.

What Is the Sales For?

The Sales (also known as Sales & Billing) helps teams streamline B2B sales with tools for quoting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing the financial side of customer relationships. It’s especially useful if your company regularly sends proposals, signs contracts, or issues invoices as part of your sales process.

You don’t need to use every section to benefit from Sales—just pick what fits your workflow.

Key Sections in ClearCRM Sales

Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’ll find when you expand Sales in the left-hand menu:

  • Products: Manage your product or service catalog. These can be added to estimates, proposals, or invoices.

  • Goals: Set and monitor your team’s sales targets over time.

  • Estimate Request: Track incoming inquiries that request pricing or general estimates.

  • Estimates: Draft and send rough price quotes to potential clients.

  • Proposals: Create more detailed offers that may include line items, terms, and formal documents.

  • Contracts: Draft and manage legally binding agreements based on prior estimates or proposals.

  • Invoices: Generate and send bills to customers after agreements are made.

  • Expenses: Record any costs related to a deal or client (e.g., travel, materials).

  • Payments: Log received payments tied to specific invoices.

  • Credit Notes: Issue adjustments or refunds against prior invoices when needed.

Flexible Sales Flow

ClearCRM doesn’t force a strict order. You can begin at any point depending on your client’s needs—for example:

  • A customer might request a proposal directly (skipping the estimate).

  • You might send an invoice right after a verbal agreement (skipping contracts).

  • Or go through a full cycle: Estimate → Proposal → Contract → Invoice → Payment.

Every record can be connected—proposals can link back to estimates, invoices can be tied to contracts, and so on.

How It All Comes Together

The Sales in ClearCRM is ideal for:

  • Agencies offering project-based work

  • Product-based businesses with B2B clients

  • Service providers with recurring or one-off billing

  • Any team that juggles quotes, client approvals, and finance tracking

By consolidating all parts of the sales and payment journey, ClearCRM helps reduce manual steps, prevent errors, and get paid faster.
