Get Instant Support with AI Chat

This article helps to navigate to the AI Chat on Help Center to get support on how to use ClearCRM.

Need help using ClearCRM? You’ve got options!

1. Use the AI Chat on Any Page

Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen on help.clearcrm.com.

You'll see two tabs in the chat panel:

Home tab
View the latest support messages from ClearCRM and tap Ask a question to get started.
Messages tab
Review your recent conversations, including messages from our AI assistant or team members. You’ll also find the Ask a question button here if you want to start fresh.

2. Prefer email?

No problem. You can always reach us directly at [email protected].
