Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen on help.clearcrm.com.

You'll see two tabs in the chat panel:
Home tab
View the latest support messages from ClearCRM and tap Ask a question to get started.
Messages tab
Review your recent conversations, including messages from our AI assistant or team members. You’ll also find the Ask a question button here if you want to start fresh.
