Unified Inbox
Access the Unified Inbox by expanding CRM in the left-hand navigation menu. This is your centralized hub for all messages.
Inside the Unified Inbox, you can:
View Starred, Sent, Unread, and Trash emails
Compose and send new emails to leads, customers, or team members
Sync external accounts like Gmail or Outlook using IMAP for seamless integration
Email Templates
Save time by using or creating email templates. You’ll find them under CRM > Email Notifications in the navigation menu.
You can:
Create reusable messages for quick replies, follow-ups, or campaigns
Maintain consistency across your team with shared templates
Email Automation
ClearCRM allows you to automate communication using tools like:
Email Triggers: Send alerts when deals move stages or actions are taken
Reminders and Email Timers: Automate follow-ups and timed messages
Special Emails: Customize messages based on system activity
You can also adjust system emails like confirmations and notifications to reflect your tone and brand.
SMTP & Email Log
Improve email deliverability by configuring your own SMTP settings. Every sent email—whether from a staff member or automation—is logged for full transparency and tracking.
Built-in Chat
For real-time communication, use the built-in chat feature:
Accessible as a chat bubble from anywhere in ClearCRM or in full page via Service > Customers Chat or Projects > Team Chat
See which staff members or customers are online
Use it for quick answers, live collaboration, or support
