Lead magnets are one of the most effective tools for turning website visitors into leads.
They’re simple:
You offer something valuable—like an eBook, checklist, or template—in exchange for a visitor’s contact info.
Inside ClearCRM, lead magnets are tightly integrated with your forms and landing pages, making them an essential part of your marketing flow.
Step 1: Navigate to Lead Magnets
To get started:
Go to the Marketing section from the left-hand menu.
Click on Lead Magnets & Forms.
Make sure you’re on the Lead Magnets tab.
Here you’ll see a searchable, categorized list of your existing lead magnets. You can also export them when needed.
Step 2: Create a New Lead Magnet
Click the Add New Lead Magnet button.
On the creation page, fill in:
Name – The title of your downloadable resource
Category – Choose an existing one or create a new one using the ➕ button
Download Points – Set the value of the magnet (optional, for gated content strategies)
Color – Assign a color for visual clarity
Published – Toggle this on when you're ready to go live
Description – Add a short summary
File Upload – Upload the actual PDF, image, or file your users will download
When you’re done, click Save.
