Customizing Your ClearCRM Platform

Learn how to customize your ClearCRM with logos, company name, and RTL layout using the General Settings page.

Want to personalize your ClearCRM account with your company’s branding and settings? This guide walks you through how to use the General Settings page to upload logos, set your company name, and configure layout preferences like right-to-left support.


Where to find General Settings

  1. From the left-hand menu, click on Setup

  2. Click Settings

  3. You will land on General Settings by default.

This page is where you can configure your company identity and appearance inside the platform.


Upload your company branding

You can upload up to three types of images:

  • Company Logo Light
    Appears when the platform is in light mode

  • Company Logo Dark
    Appears when the platform is in dark mode

  • Favicon
    A small square icon that shows in the browser tab

Recommended image formats:

  • Logos: PNG or SVG, around 200 x 60 px

  • Favicon: PNG or ICO, 32 x 32 px


Set your company name and domain

  • Company Name: This name is used in email templates, dashboard headers, and customer-facing areas

  • Company Main Domain (optional): Use this if you're connecting custom domains or external tools


Enable RTL layout (Right to Left)

If your organization uses RTL languages such as Arabic or Hebrew, you can enable RTL layout for either the internal admin area, the customer area, or both.

  • Toggle RTL Admin Area to adjust the internal dashboard for your team

  • Toggle RTL Customers Area to adjust the client-facing portal

You’ll see the interface flip automatically after saving.


Don’t forget to save!

Once everything is set up, make sure to click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.

You can update this info at any time as your company grows or rebrands.
