In ClearCRM, two simple tools can dramatically improve your speed and efficiency: the Search Bar and Quick Create. Both are always available at the top of your workspace, no matter where you are in the system.
Search Bar
The Search Bar is located at the top center of your screen. Just start typing, and ClearCRM will search across all your CRM records in real time. Whether you’re looking for a lead, project, task, invoice, or customer contact, you can find it fast without digging through menus.
It's a powerful way to:
Quickly locate customer info or open items
Navigate across the system from one place
Save time during meetings or calls
Quick Create
Quick Create sits just to the right of the Search Bar. It’s the small "+" icon that opens a dropdown of shortcuts for creating new records.
From here, you can instantly create:
Lead
Deal
Customer
Goal
Estimate
Proposal
Contract
Invoice
Expense
Credit Note
Article (Knowledge Base)
Ticket (Support)
Project
Task
Event
Survey
Team Member
It’s context-independent, meaning you can create a task even while viewing a project or draft an invoice while in the contact list. Everything is connected automatically once created.
Note: Contacts can be created only within individual customer portals.
