Profile Menu Actions

Explore the five options in your ClearCRM profile menu—view activity, track time, update info, change language, and log out.

Overview

In ClearCRM, your personal profile menu gives you quick access to essential tools that help you manage your work, update your details, and log out securely. You’ll find this menu by clicking your name at the top left of your screen.

There are five actions available—let’s go through each of them.


1. My Profile

This is your personal summary page.

Here, you’ll find:

  • Your project involvement

  • Logged time: total, weekly, monthly, and last month

  • Your recent notifications, such as task assignments or goal updates

Use this area to stay on top of your activity and alerts.


2. My Timesheets

This page helps you track and review time you’ve logged on work.

You can:

  • View your time by project, customer, and date

  • Use filters to zoom in on a specific time period

  • Export your timesheets if needed

It’s a simple way to understand where your time is going.


3. Edit Profile

Here, you can update your personal and account details:

  • Change your name, email, or profile image

  • Add a phone number

  • Select a default language

  • Add social media links and your email signature

You can also change your password at the bottom of this page.
Remember to click Save after making any updates.


4. Language

This setting allows you to change the system language for your interface.

Just select your preferred language from the dropdown and ClearCRM will reload in that language immediately.


5. Logout

Use this option to securely log out of your account when you’re done.
