# Getting Started with ClearCRM AI

Explore the built-in AI tools in ClearCRM — from chat and content generation to images, audio transcription, and reusable templates.

## 🤖 What is ClearCRM AI?

ClearCRM AI is your built-in assistant for everyday productivity. From writing and summarizing content to generating images and transcribing audio, all tools are available natively once your [OpenAI key is connected](https://help.clearcrm.com/en/articles/11389043-setting-up-clearcrm-ai.md).

Here’s a quick overview of what you can do:

## 💬 AI Chat

Your personal assistant for fast, contextual help.

-   Ask it to write follow-up emails, summarize meetings, brainstorm marketing ideas, and more.
    
-   Just type a prompt and let it do the writing — copy or save what you like for reuse.

✅ The response is ready to send — no extra editing needed.

Create on-brand images in seconds.
