When you’re trying out ClearCRM, you may create test leads, tasks, or customers. Here’s how you can quickly clean them up:
Open the section where your test data is stored
If you are in Kanban view, switch to the List View.
Select the records you want to delete by clicking the checkboxes on the left.
At the top, click Bulk Actions to open the popup.
In the popup, check Mass Delete and then click Confirm.
Note: The Bulk Actions feature is applicable only for the items under CRM, Sales, and Projects at the moment.
Invoices and Estimates with Delete Restrictions
When cleaning up test data, you may notice that some invoices or estimates cannot be deleted—even when using bulk actions.
To enable deletion for these records:
Open Setup > Settings.
Select Invoices (or Estimates) from the Finance category.
For invoices: set Delete invoice allowed only on last invoice to No.
For estimates: set Delete estimate allowed only on last estimate to No.Save your changes.
This ensures all invoices and estimates, including test data, can be fully deleted.
