# How to Delete Test Data

Easily remove test or sample records by using the Bulk Actions in list view.

When you’re trying out ClearCRM, you may create test leads, tasks, or customers. Here’s how you can quickly clean them up:

1.  Open the section where your test data is stored
    
2.  If you are in Kanban view, switch to the **List View**.
    
3.  Select the records you want to delete by clicking the **checkboxes** on the left.
    
4.  At the top, click **Bulk Actions** to open the popup.
    
5.  In the popup, check **Mass Delete** and then click **Confirm**.
    

Note: The Bulk Actions feature is applicable only for the items under **CRM, Sales, and Projects** at the moment.

# Invoices and Estimates with Delete Restrictions

When cleaning up test data, you may notice that some invoices or estimates cannot be deleted—even when using bulk actions.

To enable deletion for these records:

1.  Open **Setup > Settings**.
    
2.  Select **Invoices** (or **Estimates**) from the Finance category.
    
3.  For invoices: set **Delete invoice allowed only on last invoice** to **No**.  
    For estimates: set **Delete estimate allowed only on last estimate** to **No**.
    
4.  Save your changes.
    

This ensures all invoices and estimates, including test data, can be fully deleted.
