Invoices can be deleted individually in ClearCRM, but there is no bulk delete option for them. This ensures financial records are handled carefully.
Step 1: Open the Invoice
Go to Sales > Invoices.
From the list, click on the Invoice Number (e.g.
INV-000001).This will open a detailed table about the invoice on the right side of the page.
Step 2: Delete the Invoice
In the invoice details panel, click the More button.
From the dropdown, select Delete.
Confirm your choice.
⚠️ Important: Deleting an invoice will also delete any payments linked to it.
Why Some Invoices Cannot Be Deleted
If you try to delete invoices but notice certain records don’t have a Delete option—or they remain after bulk deletion—this is controlled by a system setting.
To resolve this:
Go to Setup > Settings > Invoices.
Change the option Delete invoice allowed only on last invoice to No.
Save the settings.
Once updated, all invoices will be removable from the system.
✅ That’s it! Once deleted, the invoice and any related payments are permanently removed.
