Where to Find the Billing Page

To view your plan and compare ClearCRM pricing options:

  1. Navigate to the main menu in the left sidebar.

  2. Go to My Account > Billing.

  3. You’ll see four plan options: Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale.

From here, you can:

  • Compare included features across plans.

  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing using the toggle at the top of the page.


Monthly vs. Yearly Plans

The features remain the same whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.

  • Monthly billing: Pay per user each month (Starter $19, Growth $39, Scale $79).

  • Yearly billing: Pay per user once per year, with a discount applied (Starter $108, Growth $228, Scale $468).

  • Free plan: Always free, with limits on usage.

Q: Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing later?
Yes. You can switch at any time on the Billing page.

Q: Are prices listed per user?
Yes. All paid plans are billed per user, either monthly or yearly.

Q: What happens if I downgrade to the Free plan?
You’ll keep your account, but with the Free plan limits. Extra data above Free limits may become inaccessible.
