Compare plans, switch between monthly or yearly billing, and choose the right features for your team.

Free Plan is no longer available in ClearCRM.

Overview

ClearCRM pricing is now team-based, meaning you purchase a plan that includes a specific number of seats (users) for your team. You can add team members up to the number of seats included in your plan. If you want to add more users than the seat limit allows, you’ll be prompted to upgrade or purchase additional seats.

No hidden fees — just predictable, transparent pricing.

Where to Find the Billing Page

To view your plan and compare ClearCRM pricing options:

  1. Navigate to the main menu in the left sidebar.

  2. Go to My Account > Billing.

  3. You’ll see four plan options: Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale.

From here, you can:

  • Compare included features across plans.

  • Upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing using the toggle at the top of the page.

Monthly vs. Yearly Plans

The features remain the same whether you choose monthly or yearly billing.

  • Monthly billing: Pay each month (Starter $19, Growth $39, Scale $79).

  • Yearly billing: Pay once per year, with a discount applied (Starter $108, Growth $228, Scale $468).

  • Free plan: Always free, with limits on usage.


How Team Seats Work

Each plan includes a set number of team seats — that is, the number of internal users you can have on your ClearCRM account.

For example:

  • Starter Team may include 5 seats

  • Growth Team may include 15 seats

  • Scale Team may include 50 seats


Adding Seats or Upgrading

When you reach your plan’s seat limit, your CRM workspace will guide you to:

  • Purchase additional seats

  • Upgrade to the next plan for a higher seat count

  • See pricing for per-seat cost

This ensures your team can continue working without interruption.

FAQs

Q: Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing later?
Yes. You can switch at any time on the Billing page.

How is the cost calculated for extra seats?
When you try to activate more team members than the number of seats your plan includes, ClearCRM shows a payment prompt based on the new plan price divided by the number of seats included.

Q: What happens if I downgrade to the Free plan?
You’ll keep your account, but with the Free plan limits. Extra data above Free limits may become inaccessible.

Q: On which plans is Appointment & Booking available?
Appointment & Booking is available for Scale plans.
