Changing the Card Images in Visual Layout

Learn how to change the image on cards in Kanban and Card views for Leads, Deals, Projects, and Project Templates in ClearCRM.

Card images in ClearCRM help you visually identify and manage your records in Kanban view (Leads, Deals) and Card view (Projects, Project Templates). Follow the steps below for each item type:

Change Card Image for Leads

  1. Go to CRM > Leads.

  2. In Kanban view, click on the image (if any) or name of the Lead card.

  3. In the Lead pop-up, switch to the Attachments tab.

  4. Upload image(s) if none exist.

  5. Click Set Cover on the image you want as the card’s cover.

    • This will update the card image in the Kanban view.

Change Card Image for Deals

  1. Go to CRM > Deals.

  2. In Kanban view, click on the image (if any) or name of the Deal card.

  3. This opens the Deal portal on the Deal Details page.

  4. From the portal menu, click Attachments.

  5. Upload image(s) if needed, then click Set Cover on your chosen image.

    • This will update the Deal card image in the Kanban view.

Change Card Image for Projects

  1. Go to Projects > Projects List.

  2. In Card view, click on the image or name of the Project card.

  3. This opens the Project portal.

  4. Click on Files in the portal menu.

  5. Upload image(s) if needed, then click Set Cover on your chosen image.

    • This will update the Project card image in the Card view.

Change Card Image for Project Templates

  1. Go to Projects > Project Templates.

  2. In Card view, hover over a Project Template card and click the Details icon.

  3. This opens the Project Template portal.

  4. Click on Files in the portal menu.

  5. Upload image(s) if needed, then click Set Cover on your chosen image.

    • This will update the Project Template card image in the Card view.

With these steps, you can easily update card images across Leads, Deals, Projects, and Project Templates for better visual organization in ClearCRM.
