What This Feature Does
Google Calendar integration keeps your ClearCRM appointments synced with your Google account in real time.
This ensures your availability stays accurate everywhere — preventing double bookings and keeping your schedule perfectly aligned.
Once connected:
New appointments created in ClearCRM automatically appear in your Google Calendar.
Updates (time, duration, staff, clients, notes) sync both ways.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in either system updates the other.
Busy events in Google Calendar instantly block time in ClearCRM, keeping your booking form accurate.
Each staff member can connect their own Google Calendar individually.
How to Connect Google Calendar
Go to CRM → Appointment & Booking → Settings.
Open the Calendar Integration tab.
Click Connect Google Calendar.
Complete the Google sign-in process and grant access.
You’ll return to ClearCRM where your connected calendar will now be listed.
Tip:
Every staff member must connect their Google account separately to sync their own appointments and availability.
How Two-Way Sync Works
New Appointments
Appointments created in ClearCRM instantly generate matching events in Google Calendar — with title, date/time, service name, client info, and notes.
Updated Appointments
Changes in either system (ClearCRM or Google Calendar) sync both ways:
Time changes
Duration updates
Status changes
Staff or customer info
Notes or descriptions
Cancelled or Deleted Appointments
If you remove or cancel an appointment in ClearCRM, the corresponding Google event is removed.
Deleting or cancelling the event in Google will also update ClearCRM accordingly.
Availability Sync
Busy blocks from Google Calendar are mirrored in ClearCRM, ensuring customers cannot book during personal events, meetings, or unavailable hours.
Disconnecting Google Calendar
If needed:
Go to CRM → Appointment & Booking → Settings → Calendar Integration.
Click Disconnect next to your connected Google account.
Optional: You can also revoke access from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access.
