How to View Contacts in ClearCRM

1. Navigating to the Contacts Page

  • From the left navigation menu, go to CRM > Contacts.

  • This will open the Contacts dashboard, where all saved contacts are listed.

2. Exploring the Contacts Page

The Contacts page includes the following key features:

  • Contact List Table – Displays all available contacts with details such as name, email, phone number, and company.

  • Search Bar – Located at the top right, allowing quick searches by contact name.

  • Filters – Use filters above the table to sort contacts based on different criteria (e.g., company, creation date, status).

  • Kanban/List View Toggle –

    • Click the Switch to Kanban button to switch to a visual card-based layout.

    • Click the Switch to List button to return to a structured table format.

3. Searching and Filtering Contacts

  • Use the search bar to quickly find a specific contact by name.

  • Apply filters to refine your search based on company, tags, or recent interactions.
