1. Overview of the Kanban View

The Kanban view in ClearCRM provides a visual and organized way to manage Leads by categorizing them based on their Status. This layout helps track the progress of each Lead through different stages, ensuring a smooth sales pipeline.

2. Ticket Categories

  • Vertical tickets include categories such as:

    1. Open – Newly added Leads that have not yet been contacted.

    • Contacted – Leads that have received an initial follow-up.

    • Qualified – Leads that meet the criteria to move further in the pipeline.

    • Customer – Leads that have been successfully converted into paying customers.

    • Other Custom Statuses – Depending on your CRM configuration, additional statuses may be available.

  • Users can navigate through these categories horizontally using a slide bar.

3. Ticket Structure and Navigation

  • Tickets are arranged vertically side-by-side.

  • Users can navigate horizontally using a slide bar to view additional tickets.

4. Ticket Details and Customization

  • Each ticket consists of cards representing leads with specific statuses.

    • Examples of statuses include customer status and contacted status.

  • Customization options for tickets:

    • Change the ticket name by clicking on it.

    • Alter the ticket color by selecting the color circle next to the ticket's name and choosing a preferred color.

5. Editing Lead Information

  • Users can easily edit lead information by clicking on the lead's name.

The Kanban structure enhances visibility, making it easier to prioritize and manage Leads effectively.
