The Lead Details Pop-Up in ClearCRM provides an in-depth view of a Lead’s information, enabling efficient management, quick edits, and tracking of interactions. This feature helps users access, update, and analyze Lead data seamlessly.

1. Accessing Lead Details

  • Click on a Lead’s name on the Table (in List view) or Kanban card (in Kanban view) to open a detailed pop-up window.

  • The pop-up provides multiple tabs for navigation, ensuring organized Lead management.

2. Overview of the Lead Pop-Up

  • The pop-up consists of structured sections, allowing for easy access to Lead details and actions.

  • Each Lead’s information is divided into specific tabs, covering different aspects of Lead management.

3. Profile Tab – General Lead Information

The Profile tab contains fundamental details about the Lead, including:

  • Name

  • Position (Job title)

  • Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Website

4. Key Actions Available

  • Convert to Customer

    • Instantly converts the Lead into a Customer in the CRM system.

  • Edit Button

    • Allows users to modify Lead details directly.

  • More Actions Dropdown

    • Provides additional options, including the ability to delete the Lead.

5. Additional Tabs in the Lead Pop-Up

  • Proposals Tab – Lists all proposals linked to the Lead.

  • Tasks Tab – Displays associated tasks for follow-ups and tracking.

  • Attachments Tab – Shows uploaded files related to the Lead.

  • Notes Tab – Contains internal notes for team collaboration.

  • Reminders Tab – Lists scheduled reminders for upcoming engagements.

  • Activity Log Tab – Shows a timeline of interactions and updates made by team members.

  • Campaign Stat Tab – Provides campaign performance statistics relevant to the Lead.

  • Email Tab – Shows a list of email entries sent to the Lead.

6. Printing Lead Information

  • Click on the Print Button (located in the top-right corner) to print Lead details for record-keeping or offline use.
