Estimate Requests in ClearCRM help you manage incoming requests for pricing or quotes from your prospects and customers. With the recent update, this area has been expanded to make the process clearer and more organized.

Where to Find Estimate Requests

In the navigation menu, go to:
Sales > Estimates

This section now expands into three options:

  • Estimate Lists – your created estimates (quotations).

  • Estimate Requests – requests received when someone fills out an estimate request form.

  • Estimate Request Forms – the forms you create and share with leads or embed on your website.

Estimate Request Forms

Estimate Request Forms allow you to collect requests directly from your website, landing pages, or other channels.

  • Create and customize a form in Sales > Estimates > Estimate Request Forms.

  • Embed the form into your website or landing page.

  • All submissions automatically flow into the Estimate Requests list.

This ensures every incoming request is captured in one place.

Estimate Requests

When someone submits a form, the details appear in Sales > Estimates > Estimate Requests.
From here, you can:

  • View all incoming requests.

  • Convert requests into formal Estimates.

  • Track and respond to inquiries without losing them in your inbox.

Why This Matters

By separating Estimate Requests and Estimate Request Forms, ClearCRM makes it easier to:

  • Build forms once and reuse them across multiple websites or campaigns.

  • Clearly distinguish between the forms you design and the actual requests received.

  • Streamline your workflow from request → estimate → proposal → contract.
