We recommend starting in the CRM > Leads section. That’s where you can begin adding potential customers. From there, you can create deals, send proposals, or build email campaigns. You can explore at your own pace — and the left-hand menu helps guide you through key areas like Sales, Marketing, Projects, and more.
2. How do I add my existing contacts or leads?
You can upload a spreadsheet! Just go to the Leads or Customers section and click the Import button. We'll guide you through matching your column names with the right fields in ClearCRM. Check our data import guide.
3. Are there video tutorials I can follow?
Yes! We regularly publish short how-to videos on our ClearCRM YouTube channel.
You’ll find step-by-step walkthroughs for leads, sales, marketing automation, projects, and more.
4. What is Marketing Automation, and how can I use it in ClearCRM?
Marketing Automation helps you stay in touch with leads and customers — without doing everything manually.
In ClearCRM, you can create email sequences, schedule follow-ups, and trigger messages based on actions like signing up, replying, or moving through a sales stage.

6. Does ClearCRM have Dark Mode?

8. Can ClearCRM connect with social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Telegram?
Not directly yet. Some users want features like auto-posting, lead capture, or WhatsApp/Telegram messaging. These are active requests on our roadmap. Please add your vote if these are important for your business.
9: Can I use a custom domain for my CRM?
Yes! You can now connect your own custom domain to your ClearCRM account for a fully branded login and user experience. (this feature will be released within this week.)
To request a custom domain, go to My Account → Overview, click the three-dot (More Actions) button on the top right, and select Custom Domain. From there, you can submit your domain for review and follow the Custom Domain DNS Settings Guide provided on the same page.
Once approved and configured, your CRM will be accessible from your chosen domain (e.g., crm.yourbusiness.com), creating a seamless, professional access point for your team and clients.

10: What features are being prioritized right now?
We prioritize based on customer feedback and roadmap voting. At the moment, our highest-priority features include:

11. Is there a mobile app for ClearCRM?
We’re currently developing the ClearCRM mobile app! It’s planned for release towards the end of this year. Stay tuned to our announcements for updates.
12. How can I delete my company?
You can delete your company directly from your account settings:
Go to My Account > Overview.
Click the three dots (⋮) button next to your company details.
Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
⚠️ Please note that this action is permanent.
13. Can I have more than one company under my account?
The feature exists but isn’t fully released yet. You can help prioritize it by visiting Roadmap > Feedback tab and voting for “Multiple Companies”.
14. Does ClearCRM support two-step verification?
Two-step verification is planned but not yet active. You can check its progress or vote to speed up its release in Roadmap > Feedback tab.
15. Can I connect Outlook to ClearCRM?
SMTP: Yes — you can use your Outlook username and password to send emails via SMTP.
IMAP: Outlook requires OAuth for IMAP, which we don’t support yet.
We’re working on OAuth integration, expected to be available in the next 1–2 months.

16. How much does additional storage cost?
Please contact a ClearCRM team member for exact pricing, but as a general guideline:
1 TB = $23 per month.
17. How do I set up a subdomain if I already use the system subdomain (app.clearcrm.com)?
This depends on your setup — we recommend speaking directly with a human agent so they can guide you step-by-step.
18. Does ClearCRM have an API for integration with my own system or website?
Not yet — but we’re working on a Zapier integration, which will allow you to connect ClearCRM with your favorite apps.

19. I can’t log in — it keeps redirecting me to another page. What’s happening?
ClearCRM now automatically detects your company’s subdomain or custom domain when you log in through app.clearcrm.com.
If your workspace uses a subdomain (for example, mycompany.clearcrm.com) or a custom domain (for example, crm.mydomain.net), the system will redirect you to your specific login page.
Admin users will be redirected to:
yourdomain.com/admin/authentication
e.g.,mycompany.clearcrm.com/admin/authenticationorcrm.mydomain.net/admin/authenticationCustomer users will land on:
yourdomain.com/authentication/login
This redirection ensures that you log in to the correct company instance.
👉 Note: You may notice that logging in via app.clearcrm.com feels like a “double login.” That’s temporary — a more seamless system is being implemented to take you directly to your instance without needing two sign-ins.
Tip: For faster access, bookmark your company’s login page (your subdomain or custom domain).
